We think you will love your new Frirsz Tailpiece, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us and receive a refund of the purchase price and the sales tax paid. Return the tailpiece to us undamaged and unmarred within 90 days of the original purchase date and we will promptly issue a refund.
All Frirsz Tailpieces are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We guarantee the finish on the tailpiece for 5 years from the original date of purchase, and we guarantee the structure of the tailpiece for 10 years from the original date of purchase.
Frirsz Music Company, LLC will, at the company's discretion, replace or repair a tailpiece that is damaged due to defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable warranty period, at no cost to the original purchaser, other than costs associated with packaging, insuring, and shipping the tailpiece to us.
This limited warranty will be considered void if the tailpiece has been misused, abused, neglected, or modified in any way.
To process a warranty request, email us at info@frirszmusic.com, or call us at 518-893-2424, and we will provide shipping instructions to return your tailpiece. You must also include your original purchase receipt (or other evidence of purchase acceptable to us). Warranty coverage is available only to the original consumer purchaser.
In no event shall Frirsz Music Company, LLC be held liable for incidental damages or consequential damages due to breach of this express warranty or other warranties impliedby law, which are limited to the duration of this express warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
